When I landed my first real job 3 years ago, I looked down on my older co-workers. Looking back it was really arrogant and foolish. These were people who brought unique skills and experience to the table, not to mention good judgment. As the youngest co-founder of my company, I’m definitely glad to be working with people who are both smarter and more experienced than myself.
